——
Manuel Neuer: The captain will get a new contract until 2023. Due to his good performances recently, the club fully counts on Neuer and see him as world class again. The topic Alexander Nübel has been deferred although he's on the list of potential Neuer long term replacements.
Thomas Müller: No new contract as of now. Müller wants to know how things will go at Bayern. A coach like Hansi Flick who counts on Müller's strengths would influence the decision. If Flick stays, the chances to extend would increase, otherwise a summer move is not excluded.
Thiago: Everything's open. He's the biggest loser of the coaching change, is dissatisfied with the current situation & could imagine a move back to Spain. Internally, the club appreciates that Thiago is not complaining publicly & want to hold talks with him after the winter break
David Alaba: Bayern want to extend his contract and Alaba himself can imagine extending if he gets a pay raise comparable to other leading players (Müller, Neuer). Bayern has competition when it comes to Alaba as agents are intensively offering him to top clubs like Barça & Real.
Javi Martínez: Departure is conceivable. Talks over his future are scheduled for the summer. His appearance against Gladbach confirmed the critics that Javi is beyond his peak. After 8 years in Munich, Martínez leaving the club in 2020 is imaginable
Jérôme Boateng: wants to leave and thus changed his agent. He was going to be sold last summer but found no suitors partly due to his high wages. A departure next summer is likely.

Bayern are optimistic that Leroy Sané will join the club in the summer. Sané has rejected a new deal at Manchester City. Giovanni Branchini is pulling the strings behind the scenes, so that maybe a transfer of under 100 million euros can be done [@cfbayern, SportBild]

The situation with Havertz is more complicated (than with Sané). A fee of €90m that Bayern were ready to offer wouldn't be enough. A lot depends on how concrete offers from Barça, Real, Liverpool, United, City are. Man United especially are very interested [@cfbayern, SportBild]
